It’s official: Beyonce is expecting her first child with hubby Jay-Z!

The 29-year-old entertainer made the announcement by showing off her tiny baby bump when she hit the carpet at the 2011 MTV VMAs on Sunday (August 28) at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

MTV Will Pay Tribute To Amy Winehouse This Sunday

The 2011 VMAs will feature a special tribute to Amy Winehouse by the debonair, sophisticated Tony Bennett, who, not so long ago, recorded the duet Body and Soul with Winehouse for his upcoming Duets II album

Mitch Winehouse said he plans to start a charity for addiction recovery in honor of his daughter, and he's already putting that plan into action. Amy Winehouse recorded a duet with Tony Bennett last March, and the song will be released in September with the proceeds benefitting Winehouse's foundation.

"What's going to happen is that we're putting that [song Body and Soul] out ahead of the album," Bennett told MTV.

"And it's going to a foundation that her father started -- to teach all the young children not to take drugs, and all the royalties of the record will go to that."

Mitch said he "couldn't be happier" that the song will be released.

"Amy was so excited to be working with Tony Bennett and really looking forward to her fans hearing this new recording," he said.

"The fact that Amy's voice is sounding as amazing and beautiful as ever and she is singing with the great Tony Bennett seems the most fitting tribute of all at this very difficult time."

Amy Winehouse's autopsy was inconclusive. Her toxicology result are due within the next few weeks.

Tami "Hood Rat" Roman Threatens to Leave Basketball "Wives"

So Miss Hood Rat Roman (and I use the term not loose at all lol). Is threatening to leave the Show Basketball Wives unless Meeka Claxton, the only married person on the show, is fired. And surprise surprise, Shaunie gave poor Meeka the boot.

First of all I feel Tami is a bully, she is loud and she has no class. Meeka is better off without the show. Why would anybody want to be associated with glorified groupies? Evelyn is cool but she is the main groupie out of the bunch. If you are not in the industry at all, had zero dollars to attend any events when you were living with your mom in the PJ's in the BX. How is it that every last one of your BF a ball player??????? DING, DING, DING hanging around stadiums ROTFLMAO!

Iman Says 'Vogue Italia' Might As Well Have Called Them N***** Earrings o_O

Remember that time Vogue Italia featured a pair of African-inspired hoop earrings on their website but skipped all the politically correct names and instead described them as "Slave Earrings"? Yeaaa. That didn't go over so well with most of the world and the mag's EIC Franca Sozzani caught a bunch of flack for the "translation mishap." Fashionista's Leah Chernikoff caught up with Iman earlier this week to discuss her "Global Chic" collection for HSN and being that the supermodel is a woman of color, inquired about her feelings on the now-infamous "Slave Earrings" blunder.

This is what Iman had to say:

"I’m a huge fan of Franca Sozzani and Vogue Italia’s website because they have a whole section on black models," she said. "Is it controversial? Yes. The naming of it, I don’t get it. I sometimes wonder in this age of reality shows has it become part of the language–the more controversy the more [buzz] it creates. But yeah, I didn’t like it. Slave does not make it ethnic. Mind you, it’s not lost in translation–the word slave, we know what it is. They might as well have called them “n***** earrings.” For somebody like Franca Sozzani, who did that whole black issue for Vogue, somebody should have said something."

Every so often a trend will come along that will divide the fashion community in two-the lovers and the loathers. This season, that trend is undeniably harem pants (AKA MC Hammer pants). We saw harem pants- best described as a hybrid between a skirt and cigarette pants- saunter down the runways of some of the biggest trend-makers, like Chloe and Alexander McQueen.
